The design started from the need to refurbish an obsolete flat and transform it into a short term rental residence.
The choice of materials and furniture came from the necessity to obtain an easily adaptable space with very few maintenance requirements.
The planning organization aimed exploit ambient light and space.
The use of brightly coloured furniture in contrast to whitewashed walls allows fast and inexpensive redecoration as well as resulting in high visibility on advertising sites.
