The extensive renovation of this small penthouse in the centre of Milan, was designed to suit the needs of a young TV presenter. Natural light and the presence of two terraces played a key role in the modelling of the interior space. On the front terrace the main feature is a high tech automatized veranda that serves as an extra dining area for most of the year.

The underfloor heating, the air conditioning, the lighting scenes, the power supply and of course the entertaining system, are all remotely controlled.
